Little kiddies!

My little ones being silly together; such a rare thing, since the 17 year old is usually out and about with his friends and the 13 year old is usually home alone, doing some of her massive amounts of homework (yes even on weekend nights). Zoe, the cat, had to put herself right in the middle of everything, thus getting a picture made, too.
I have enjoyed a quiet Saturday evening listening to them having fun!

Shop Newsletter and blogging

OK, I have spent much of my free time, and work time actually, working on the classes and the newsletter for my shop over the last few weeks. It is an intense and tedious job that takes forever.
I am done, I think, but tomorrow morning before I send it out, I will probably find something else to change for fix. As always, I will not catch all the mistakes, I am sure.

Sp, now that I am done with it, I am on to planning out how to make the blog for the Greater Atlanta Quilt Shop Hop better. I think we will start some giveaways if all the shop owners agree to it.

December is here!

There were snow flurries today (unheard of in Atlanta this early) that had many excited. It made all the dreary rainy weather we have had since Friday more palatable.

We have been on a soup kick this weekend because my husband has been sick. First out to my favorite Vietnamese restaurant, Pho 69, for Chili soup.

Then last night we made Tortilla soup with our left over turkey, yum!

Tonight out again to one of my other favorites, Doc Cheys, for Coconut Chicken soup.

Hopefully I will continue to fend of the sickness and get lots of work done this week because there is a ton of it to do.
