On Saturday evening we went to visit the Japanese Garden with some friends we met in the Bahamas last Christmas. My daughter made great friends with a little girl on our holiday trip and then I decided to take her with me to market so that she could see market, but also to see her friends again.Our new friends were gracious enough to come and get us from the hotel, take us to the garden, and then to their home for a great meal.
It was amazing how it could be 90 degrees in the city and only a few miles away and up the temperature could drop enough for us to get chills.
